Had half my food order missing after collection

The food was ok. However, the garlic bread came burnt! It was rock solid and dry. I just struggle to understand how can something so easy be made so badly or the staff making it would even consider sending it out like this. You would think the person would just start again.

Everytime I visit Nando's the food service is amazing and the waiters are really patient and nice. The atmosphere was amazing and the noise level was ambient.

Every nice clean place that is easily accessible. Big floorspace around the tables to get around. It's not too cramped, which gives a sense of privacy . Service was quick, and food was delicious.
