“I was having trouble dealing with three telephone customer services who seemed unwilling to help. I went into the Warrington store to cancel my order.I was greeted by Nathan. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. I wish the telephone staff were a quarter as good as Natha .
The 5 stars are for him . He made me keep my contract. Well done to him ?”

“Went in to get my Mrs a xbox, lovely staff when served, explained everything about the xbox I was getting, would be 5 stars but takes a while to get served especially while people cut in line. 4/5 would recommend to anyone local, would be 8/5 if they manage to get more tills for sustainable serving but overall a nice experience.”
