Waited 15 minutes for 2 big Mac meals in a waiting bay. Food was cold and fries tasted terrible. Just eat customers get priority over paying, waiting customers. Too interesting on meeting KPIs for just eat than customer service.

Order through just eat on Monday at 12:09. Waiting until 2:30 and food was ?still being prepared? so I cancelled the order. Due to this they have kept my money and I did not receive any food. Just eat are useless, but maccies should not accept orders if they can not deliver on time or at all!

Was on my break and went to get food from here around 4am, by the time I?d ordered, paid and collected my food I was out in like 6mins which is unusually fast but I thought nothing of it, so I got back to work and was gonna eat my food in the car and finish my break. took the first bite of my burger which was cold but I thought he?d just given me a precooked one or something which wouldn?t have bothered me much but the second bite I could taste the raw meat. I broke the burger apart to see I was given uncooked meat which left me feeling sick, I only ordered 1 meal and I was the only car in the drive thru so why he rushed it that fast I don?t know but I definitely wouldn?t recommend going here early hours.

Sat at the drive thru for about 10 mins which wasn?t a problem as was advised by the girl at the window that there would be a wait on our food to be told when it came that the chocolate pie would be a further 5 mins I was offered to wait or have a refund I said I would wait but I would park up so that they could clear the queue behind. 15 minutes passes so I go back through the drive thru to collect it myself only to be told that they now had no pies left at all and could offer a refund or alternative! They had sold on the pie that I had already paid and was waiting for (if they even had any pies in the first place!) The manager came to do a refund and not one apology from him for the complete waste of my time waiting for food that I?d purchased over half hour beforehand. Now maybe if they weren?t so preoccupied in putting labels on peoples hats (including the managers) maybe they would have actually remembered they were to bring food out to a customer!

Consistently the worst McDonalds I?ve been to anywhere on Earth, tonight i asked for fresh fries and got something like deep fried sticks of hard plastic, probably what i deserve for hoping for fresh food for a change

I paid £10 for this. My order was missing a 6 piece chicken nuggets, fries. The whole meal was cold and dry as if it had been sitting somewhere for half a day. I picked it up at the drive-thru, had it home in 5 minutes and only noticed it when I opened the package at home. This service was disgusting. The food and service were not worth a pence. I tried to contact them for half an hour. Without success. I have not become a McDonalds fan!
