Waited 15 minutes for 2 big Mac meals in a waiting bay. Food was cold and fries tasted terrible. Just eat customers get priority over paying, waiting customers. Too interesting on meeting KPIs for just eat than customer service.

Order through just eat on Monday at 12:09. Waiting until 2:30 and food was “still being prepared” so I cancelled the order. Due to this they have kept my money and I did not receive any food. Just eat are useless, but maccies should not accept orders if they can not deliver on time or at all!
