Would be good if you got what you ordered , plus half filled cold chips, asked for plain kids burger meal got burger with sauce onions and ketchup etc so when I got home our kid had to have something else
Didn't even put napkins or straws in the bag.
Get a grip guys waste of my money I will go to mc donalds on winwick Rd next time as they seem more reliable

So just ordered breakfast from this absolute show of a McDonald's at about 10:20
They accepted the order and a driver was apparently on route
Got a message at 11:03 saying cancelled
So.i called and got a really snotty girl.on the phone
Honestly hands down, this is probably the worst McDonald's in the UK, I think the last 10 orders, 1 was actually right.
Whomever owns this franchise should be ashamed

The service is extremely slow, and the burgers look like they were pulled out of my ass.
I don?t think the problem is with the place itself, but with the workers, as they don?t seem to care about what they?re serving. It?s really disappointing that a McDonald?s is this bad here in Warrington.:(

Food and atmosphere and service were good. Toilets were quite bad hence the 3/5. Urinals out of use which is fair enough if there?s an issue but the facilities themselves were a mess with urine and toilet paper all over the floor and no paper in the dispenser. Rest of the restaurant/ food and service, was good though.
