Ordered through the McDonald?s app. When finally delivered there were items missing. I tried to find someone to contact though the app which is impossible so I called the store. I had to ring 4 times before it was answered. When they finally answered they were rude and couldn?t care less. They told me I have to call Uber and sort it out myself so I said no, as I work in a restaurant myself I know it?s their responsibility to call Uber and have the missing items delivered. They said they would have the items delivered. My family had all finished eating at this point but I was starving so i waited for the re-delivery which never came! They clearly told me they would have it sent out just to shut me up and get me off the phone. Absolutely shocking service. What a waste of money. won?t bother ordering through McDonald?s again! And I will be complaining to head office about this absolute shambles.

Consistent with what you would expect from a McD. The woman at the counter was exceptional at service though. Working fast and logical for reducing the wait time.
