Absolutely shocking service clearly I didn?t read the other reviews about not picking up parcels here.. says my parcel was delivered went to collect, not there. Staff asked me where it was from and told them FedEx, a young staff member just shrugged his shoulders and said ?I gave all the FedEx parcels to the delivery driver? not realising that mine was supposed to stay to be picked up. Just an absolute disregard for customer service, didn?t care at all and told me to come back tomorrow when another member of staff will know what to do? clearly this is a massive issue

Staff are unprofessional and complain every time you want to collect a parcel. Huffing and puffing letting you know its an inconvenience for them. Leave you waiting, rude, no manners & always stand talking amongst each whilst serving you. I don't buy anything from here anymore, wish yodel would move their collection point!

This deserves 0 stars. Me and my mum went there to collect my Vinted parcel, which had said that it was delivered. When we arrived there, the lady with glasses and brownish hair served us. I showed her the barcode for her to scan (which she didn?t) and she began looking for the parcel. After she ?looked?, she proceeded to be extremely rude and condescending towards me and my mum, claiming that the parcel wasn?t there. She didn?t even look at my ID, which had my name on it. There was absolutely no need for the attitude and the customer service was awful. In the end, I walked out empty handed, extremely frustrated and upset. Also I?m still yet to pick up my parcel however I?m avoiding the shop due to the treatment we received.
