I visited Matalan today with my husband & used two separate tills as I treated my son. I have had surgery on my arm which is in a sling. As I went to can my first item I was struggling & just turned to my husband for help which in turn the young boy stood in the door area collecting money I think & a worker walked straight over to me & asked if he could help which I accepted. Why could the lady behind me stood free at that moment not asked. He showed quality customer service & inniative. I went back in the shop & asked his name. Nathan was his name x

Convenient and reasonably priced. The gents department has a decent space, too, unlike other stores where it is crammed into the smallest corner.

Nobody got me socks for Christmas. This is a travesty and needed to be rectified immediately. I'd suggest those people that don't supply socks for Christmas, need to take a long hard look at themselves. It needs to be illegal. Nip down to Matalan and buy some this instant. Take a look around while you're there. They have some pretty nice clothing and home wares to be honest. My last lot of feather pillows came from here too.
