Collected my broke TV on Friday 18th, less than a week later TV was repaired under warranty and then delivered back to me. Drivers and staff were so nice and i would recommend anyone to use Martin Dawes as a service. Thank You.

Horrible service! Have been waiting for an appointment to get my fridge- freezer sorted for weeks. One engineer who came out to check my fridge ordered the wrong part! I had to wait 2 weeks for the new part to come and it was wrong. I am now waiting again, another week has gone by and still have not been contacted about...
