Haven?t received my glasses yet but I?m extremely impressed at the honesty and integrity of all working in this opticians.
I called in randomly for an eye test and took some broken Swarovski crystal glasses which I had dropped and asked if these could be repaired. The optician could very easily have said they couldn?t be repaired as I was fascinated by all the shiny pretty glasses in the shop! However very honestly he told me that they could. I was very touched by this gesture and thought how genuine this was and wouldn?t hesitate in recommending them and have since had my eye test and ordered a new pair of lens.
There are not many people in business that don?t take advantage and I am extremely impressed thank you.
