We worked with the Leaders team to sell a property in the Warrington area. Our experience was a really positive one especially working with Rob Greenwood who was a complete gentleman who could not do enough to assist and help get our sale over the finish line. Leaders acted as the estate agent for our vendors of the house we were buying but we had such a good experience with them, I would definitely use them if we were ever selling. Ben, in particular, I can't recommend and thank enough. He was so helpful, he worked tirelessly to ensure things were progressing and chased solicitors etc. and don't think it all would have happened without him and he was so lovely throughout to us as well.

Leaders helped us to rent our home while we went to work abroad. The process was super smooth and the inventory and photographs were of the highest quality.A special thank you to Natalie and Becky for getting the tenants in so quickly and finding the type of tenants that we wanted.

I recently moved from London to Warrington, and I've gotta say, the Leaders team made it a perfect experience. Massive jumbo shoutout to Becky ? she's an absolute rock star and made sure everything went like clockwork. (And has the patience of an angel)Natalie, Chris, Meaghan and Danielle, you guys are awesome too! Team effort at its finest.Moving can be a headache, but these guys turned it into a smooth ride. Arranged a viewing and on the day of the viewing rang to confirm to be told they have now sold it. Poor customer service buying via them so wouldn't trust to sell my properties

I am a tenant who has the misfortune to have a landlord who uses Leaders as his Agent.They are worse than useless.When my cooker broke (an item that was the landlord's responsibility) they did nothing and then lied to me about what they were going to do.If you are thinking of using this company, I strongly recommend that you keep records of all your dealings with them so that you can show their lies in court.

Leaders are truly wonderful! Our estate agent Michael Foreman really kept us up to date with all of the relevant information regarding our house purchase. He made us feel confident with many of the terms and jargon used in law and sales. The process was easy and simple throughout. I would recommend him and Leaders services to anyone. Thanks again Mike, you deserve a pay rise!

I was looking to rent a property and I was very unsure on the whole process but I honoured to meet my estate agent Rebecca Hill! Cannot thank her enough for everything she has helped me with! Every step of the way been an absolute god send! Always helpful always happy to help and always keeps you updated on the process and will help in any way she can. Picked my keys up and was happily surprised to see i had a lovely little move in box that came with the handover of the keys and a smiling estate agent as usual! Absolutely amazing I highly recommend and will for sure refer her to anyone that is looking to move and use Leaders as their estate agent! I would never go anywhere else!

From viewing the property to moving in I found the whole experience professional and courteous. Leaders were really professional and efficient when helping us with moving into our new flat, making the whole process from enquiring about a viewing to signing the contract and collecting the keys really smooth. We recently swapped our letting agent to Leaders. They obtained a higher monthly rent and have been excellent in keeping me posted as to the process and anything I need to know about the tenant and tenancy. In particular Becka their property manager has been outstanding. It should be a 5 star review, but feel there is always a little room for improvement.
