They fitted my new tyre inside out. This was a very gross error. It cost me valuable time and more money as I had to get it fixed elsewhere.However I wouldn?t hold a mistake against them. There must be cross checks and precautions to ensure such errors are not made before handing over to the customer. They are great bunch and get work done very quick. All the best!

Booked in for MOT on Saturday but they had a staff sickness issue. The guys managed to squeeze me in on Friday as my tax was due to renew and needed urgent MOT. Appreciate it guys keep up the hard work ??

Brilliant service! Popped in today as my car started making a rattling sound (turns there wasn?t an issue and something might have just been stuck as it?s stopped making the noise) however the team done a full check of my car and also let me know that two tyres need replacing and didn?t charge me for the check! Thank you so much I?ll definitely be returning :)

Got a puncture and managed to book in here via the website for a same day change which was good.I wasn't able to get my first choice tyre for the same day, I could have waited a day for them but I had a long trip the day after so settled for a decent 2nd choice tyre.Prices were reasonable so no complaints there.Turned up at the allocated time and was seen after a couple of minutes waiting at reception.Provided indication that they were slightly behind and it would take the full allocated hour to get my tyres changed which was fine.There is a little area in the reception where you can wait, alternatively head into Latchford village and grab a coffee in one of the numerous cafes there like I did.Great service by the team and would recommend to anyone based on the service I have had this time and my previous visits ?

Top tier service - from how easy it was to book via their website, to arriving for my wheel alignment and did extra checks on things I mentioned on the day. Plus there?s plenty of parking spaces at its forecourt so you don?t feel like you?re in the way, unlike some other garages. Definitely will be my go-to garage as it?s so close to home as well. Thank you!

They have helped me twice now when I've had tyre issues.The most recent I was stuck with a flat tyre in the recent heat.They offered me a toilet/water and allowed me to charge my phone which was a life saver!Tyre ordered and fit first thing the next morning.Booked another car in for service and MOT as I'm happy with the service..Thanks!

This is one of the most reputable garages in Warrington but one of the young staff didn't torque the wheel knots to correct torque and the air pressure also was low on drivers side wheel.They fit 4 new tyres and done wheel alignment but didn't provide a print out for that as their printer was broken.
