We chose Hummingbird to support us in caring for our father in his last few months. At what is possibly the most emotionally stressful time for a family, the team at Hummingbird became just that...an extension to our family. Their level of professionalism coupled with a genuine compassion in managing both our father?s needs, and our own expectations, was above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. From the very first phone call enquiring about their services, we were left with a feeling of confidence and reassurance on what they would do to help; Hummingbird delivered on that and more. DO NOT USE! Hummingbird put a Health and safety issue on my brothers car which he has had for 50 years. They have been his care provider for 4 years and one of their managers was his previous carer, suddenly there is a H&S issue. They keep claiming there are no drivers(when we know there is) and if they can provide one then it would have to be 2-1 Care. He has never needed 2-1 care. He asked numerous times a day to go out in his car as he doesn?t understand why he can?t go out in it. They are using his autism spectrum against him to keep him contained to Studio H for the last 6 months which they have just set up and they are using him to launch the day centre to WBC. It is all about the money with hummingbird not care. DO NOT USE.

I have a friend who has Parkinson's disease the hummingbirds team are the best thing that could happen to him they are caring considerate passionate and have been great companions for him they go above and beyond they're call of duty they will do more that is asked of them, and team in the office I just the same you can fold them anytime I'm ask any question and they are only too willing to help you out I would recommend this care company to anybody with any disability whatsoever they have been a great help to my friend and I cannot praise them enough Ian.
