The most shocking service in this ?bank?. No staff at all. Three times I?ve visited and they say go to Runcorn instead. Why have a bank branch in Warrington? But since they have no staff, they don?t care about the poor reviews or service.

Cashier permanently closed in fact where they was now brick wall after I questioned this to the staff they say customers wasn?t using them no more as people use the machine or online banking I had to go Widnes to use there cashier won?t be long before I empty my account move to new bank that offers cashiers plus staff rude at Warrington branch

Removed the cash counter to make it a digital service branch. So no paying in coinage.

Very poor service when wanting to open a new account today.Told at 1.20pm Saturday that there was insufficient time to open a new account before the branch closed at 2pm.Wasn't offered an alternative option, or even the opportunity to make an appointment, wasn't even told what documentation to bring next time should I even want to take a chance someone could see us.Do they not want new business?

Everytime you try to call your bank, they will rather channel your call to someone in far away India. I think its very frustrating considering the waiting times and call costs plus unnecessary drilling you will be put through. And then after all the hullabaloo, they'll not be able to solve the problem, reason why you called them in the first place

The opening hours are an absolute shambles, there is no reason why this business and every other similar business with screens and abundant space within should not be open.Far to easy to close and claim the 80% off the tax payer.

Used to use the Stockton heath hsbc which was only small but always busy but the staff were fantastic and helped you however they could. Then some bright spark thought it would be a good idea to close it down so now I have to go the one in Warrington Town centre where the staff may as well be cardboard cut outs and those stupid paying in machines are useless unless you iron your money so it's perfectly flat.

It's a bank. Same as all the others. Sometimes there is a wait and sometimes not. It is nicely air conditioned though.
