Been here a few times and I love you can just turn up and it?s a friendly vibe!But disappointed as Pham really rushed my nails (literally 10 mins for gel) and there were visible imperfections I pointed out but he didn?t add more polish (he just filed them a bit more). There was polish missing down the sides of some nails and gel polish on my skin on some nails. The imperfections annoyed me and gel chipped and peeled off at the edges after 1 week.Ling however takes longer and more care and is a true perfectionist. My nails by Ling were absolutely perfect and lasted over 2 weeks. She does an extremely thorough and neat job.Would love to keep coming here if all the staff took the same amount of care and attention ?Services: Polish removal

absolutely love it here! amazing staff very nice and did a great job first time coming here and i will be coming back! they were very quick so i could do my other daily stuff and i definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking service. 3 times I?ve had to go back within 24 hrs of having my nails done because the gel just peels off. Two of my friends have had the same problem and they refuse to give a refund.

Always done a fab job with my nails, just come back from getting mine done again and thought I?d review them. Love the results!!! Place is clean and welcoming, staff are friendly. Overall lovely experience. Take a picture of the nails you want (colour/design) and they can do it for you with no fuss. Highly recommend!

I appreciate this is a drop in nail salon and you will have to wait if there are people already in there, however I sat and waited over an hour while there was only 2 members of staff working. So slow. I sat down in the seat waiting for my nails to be done, even showed the girl a pic of what I wanted, for her to turn round and tell me shes going on her lunch! I just walked out and would never return! Glad I did after seeing peoples pics of the final results, lol
