I was using the changing rooms and somebody tried to walk in on me twice. There were no staff manning the changing rooms and my door was closed. The first person who walked in on me opened the door so hard that the handle hit the back of my arm and now I have quite a large bruise. I don?t understand why somebody would try to walk into a cubicle with the door closed anyway but maybe having staff there to designate who goes to what cubicle like other stores do may help? My arm is absolutely killing me today.

The queue was far too long. I appreciate it is Christmas time but there was only 2 staff on the tills and a massive queue. There was also a limited range of Christmas items available which was disappointing. Nice shop otherwise.

It?s Christmas shopping time. I?m currently stood at the side of the till waiting for my daughter. The queue is 18 people deep with two tills on. 2 members of staff are running around women's clothing. I appreciate they may be busy but surely customers stood for twenty to thirty minutes to get served should take priority. Don?t think I?ll be coming in again any time soon

So, I visited the store on November 25th because they were offering a discount. This is what 20% discounts look like at H&M. ( See a short video and photos below) However, instead of decreasing the prices, they actually increased them. This is deceptive and unfair of H&M.

Good clothing has some expensive wear but some stuff is cheap alot of selection so big I don't go much but for my Halloween costume helped alott

Very rude staffs and manager.it?s a pricy store so if you start only looking into sales items , a staff comes after you to ask what are you looking for and if they say they don?t have that type of clothes you are looking for ,they start following you ,and saying rudely if we don?t have it why are you still looking ?(Maybe I am thinking of buying something else by myself..)A girl staff was the worst staff store I had ever met in my life, or maybe her manager asked her to do it and reduce customers?!That?s not the way to treat a customer or anyone who enters the shop. Maybe my clothes wasn?t to their standard fashion level ?!Why from all the people in the store ,she treated me like that?!I left so so so upset . I had done some shopping from there several months ago but never again. I?d like to throw away all the clothes I have ever bought from H&M :?(
