Reliable work patterns, great pay, approachable office staff who go all the way to help and support. Ashleigh is a great manager, Becky works the rotas like a dream and Diane is always willing to help and can train the most novice of carers.100% recommend working for this company.

I would like to congratulate Helping Hands at Warrington on the excellent service they provide. All of the staff are extremely kind, proficient and very flexible so they can ensure that the person they are looking after is exceedingly well cared for. They are totally reliable and never late - nor do they leave before the allotted time. Recently my husband had medical issues to face up to. At the same time, workmen doing jobs in the home failed to come up to standard, leaving us with challenges, including no hot water for two weeks. The girls helped me to prioritise and resolve as many as possible. They even came with flowers and a box of chocolates - and I am not their patient! We could not manage without them and always look forward to their visits.

We have only had Helping Hands for a few months, they are the most professional company I have ever had.The staff are so caring, they adapt to all situations, the person they are looking after is the most important.My son who cannot speak lets us know how he feels with the smiles he gives to the carers when they arrive. Congratulations to the people who do the recruiting, They seem to pick the best people, long may it continue. The company are only as good as the care they give, at the moment We could not be happier, I would certainly recommend Helping Hands.

Absolutley the best company I have ever worked for. All the carers receive outstanding training and always have support if needed. The managers are amazing, and go above and beyond their duty of care. For them and all of us caring isn't just our jobs, it's our life.
