Came in to buy a bike, but the 2 guys on the bike counter are so unhelpful and miserable that I've spent my money elsewhere... Didn't have the bike I wanted, and instead of helping expected me to stand there on my phone in the shop, checking what they had in stock right there in that very store ?... Nah it's fine lads, don't bother looking yourself and doing your jobs. Wierd way to run a business.

Terrible service in halfords warrington, took my sons bike for a free service which was booked for a sunday, no one was there to do it so told me they would do it monday and ring me to let me know what it needed. I never received a call and had to go in and realised no one had listened to what we had asked for and nearly forced to pay £150 for things on the bike we didnt want or need
