Stopped in because I got a flat. They didnt have my size tire in stock. They looked up the next closest place that did, called them and told them I was on the way. Great customer service!

Booked for 1:30 and they didn't start it until around 3. What is the point in appointments if they are going to it is when they feel like.
TPMS valve had gone on front right. They were the closest and having no spare didn't want to travel far. The replaced the sensor and all seemed good until my first trip on the motorway. As soon as I hit around 60mph the dreaded bad wheel balancing shudder started. A basic thing to do when you refit a tyre but they clearly haven't, or if they have they don't actually know what they are doing.

Booked MOTs for two vehicles on separate occasions because this centre was close to home. Both times, the service was incredibly poor, staff were rude and unwilling to help.
The first time, their booking system didn?t specify which Warrington location the appointment was for. I ended up driving to this branch and arrived just 2 minutes late, only to be refused service.
The second time, they said the car passed the MOT except for a light bulb. Ten minutes later, they called back to say they couldn?t replace the bulb after all, and now claimed it had failed for a completely different reason that was not mentioned previously.
Save yourself the stress, hassle and money, avoid this autocentre.

Had my booked in for a brake check after buying it recently as felt something wrong with them, left it for several hours. When I picked up told me there was nothing wing with it, I was curious what in 4 hours could be checked so checked the dash cam.
sat most of the time until a tech decided to take it out for a thrash down a side road and slam the brakes on a few times while turning the radio up full whack, not sure that?s going to help listen for any faults

Booked for MOT, first visit they stated they could not do it due to there not being enough oil in the car???? Next visit car failed due to one wheel nut missing, I immediately replaced it at Halfords MOT centre, within 2 minutes, they would not pass it. I booked the retest for, as stated by staff member for 3pm on Tuesday which fit in with work, on the email it stated I need to drop the car off at 8am, I phoned and questioned this and was told there is no slot it could be there all day and they would fit it in around MOTs. Now I have had to rebook for the Thursday, leaving my car possibly all day for them to check one rear offside wheel nut, surely a visible 30 seconds check. Absolutely disgusting customer service, if I hadn't paid up front I would definitely have gone elsewhere.

Once again a brilliant experience with Halfords..my go to for all things motoring..safety check done and new front tyres completed to give me peace of mind before holidays..fabulous service as always.

Having booked my car in over the phone for a service I arrived to be told there was no record of the booking an turned away , this is the second time this as happened at this particular Halfords and rather than try to solve the issue which was there fault they don?t !

Booked a home service tyre fitting. Chose a specific time slot in the morning, paying a premium of £25-50, as we had an appointment later that morning. They turned up late! The fitter was lovely and apologetic but had clearly been given too many jobs that morning. Job done but we were ultimately deceived and conned out of £25! Shocking!

They immediately stopped the job when they noticed the load in my van wasn?t secure ? safety first, no compromise. After I sorted it, they quickly got back to work, even helped with an oil change so I could get the van back on the road before my shift started.
Everyone ? young or experienced ? was helpful and professional.
No wonder they?re one of the busiest and most trusted garages in Warrington!

I wish I knew the names of the 3 lads that helped me today but oh my god, I can?t thank them enough! My car failed its MOT at another garage and they quoted me over £300 to repair an ?imbalance of over 50%? on my front brake discs. I came to Halfords because he wanted to keep my car overnight and I needed it tomorrow morning, so was looking to have the repairs done elsewhere as quickly as possibly to get my MOT passed. Thanks to the quick thinking of the guys helping me, they told me something didn?t feel right and conducted another brake test which showed no imbalance and no reason my car should have failed its MOT.
I?d have been a lot of money down to a con man if it wasn?t for the guys at this Halfords helping me and pointing out what they did. One of them even drove my car back around right to the front door as it was raining so I didn?t have to get wet. So thoughtful and 10/10 service, I?ll be getting all of my MOTs done here in future. ??
