Wow, wow, wow! Step 1 order "food" step 2 wait nearly a hour for the delivery driver to then take a hot meal to the car and sit there for a further ten minutes until your cooked food is now cold food.
Also, what on earth happened to the donuts? Has there been a sugar shortage? Those things are nothing more than jam...

I called into greggs at lunch time for a pumpkin spice doughnut but I was having a problem with one of my apps. Tracey was very patient and helpful with me while I restarted my phone. Tracey had great customer service skills ?, Greggs has the best doughnuts ? ?.
