Greggs, quick hot (mostly) food, just when you need it and normally close by. You know what you get and I'm sure everyone has a favourite, although I'm not too sure about the Beans and Sausage Bake? Fast service, easy to use app so you can preorder, and it's got to be healthy. Especially the Belgium buns (available in twin packs ?)

Location is heavily understaffed resulting in queues that go out the shop at peak times every morning and lunch, never seen as many people try and push infront as I have here due to how long they get.
Most of the staff here seem miserable, not that they're required to be happy but it just makes me think how Greggs obviously aren't treating them well if low attitude is as widespread as it is.
Despite the long queues the staff go about as if they have one person in the shop and seem to have no sense of urgency.
If you order click + collect at peak times don't expect it to be ready as they'll just ignore it, which I suppose is fair due to how understaffed and busy it gets but then why is it a feature?
Food is fairly consistent but never really goes above the standard you would expect from the chain, albiet it being a good standard. It's not an absolute requirement for the food to be hot but it seems to be a higher chance of it being stone cold & hard here than most branchs if bought outside of peak times.
Branch 100% needs improvement and more attention. They have a steady flow of customers and have been open for years, surely it would cover the flow of hiring extra staff and improving the morale of the ones already there? All you need to do is look a few doors down at pound bakery where the staff are infinitely more friendly and don't look like they want to stick their head in one of the ovens.

Vegan sausage rolls are to die for! The good news is no animals died for these vegan sausage rolls.Dietary restrictions: I'm a vegan........and Greggs have street food for people on the go, tasty vegan food for the masses......it's a winner.
