“Visited this great shop a couple of weeks ago as I wanted 2 gift boxes and tissue paper to match for a christening present. I was welcomed by a very helpfull, friendly and willing lady assistant whose name was HUSNA. She went above and beyond to make sure that I received an outstanding level of service and a 'top box shopping experience.
Today 15 August I returned, making a special journey, for a gift bag and some cards. Again Hanhu welcomed me however this amazing young lady remembered me and politely asked about the christening and my previous purchases.
In my opinion she is a true asset to not only your shop in the Cock Hedge Centre in Warrington but to The whole of The Card Factory throughout the UK.
Service with a smile, helpfull, willing, efficient, happy, knowledgeable, hard working (not just stood around), not intrusive, that is how I would describe this wonderfull young lady Husna.
