Ordered X7 items online for through their 'click+collect' . Got my email 3 days later saying my order was now in store. Gets to store to be told that only X1 of my items have arrived, the other 6 aren't here yet !!?? What the hell? Why not tell me that on the email ?? Thanks for draining an hour out of my life.

Very disappointed about refund. Purchased 2 sleeping bags, tried them at home and because they are extremely uncomfortable I went to return them. Was refused as they said items were used, had stains( my dog sniffed it and I clean it with antibacterial wipes before going to the store, so was wet still) and that fluff was coming out( fluff was coming out from the seams and was like that when purchased). Products are good quality though, but don?t fulfil my needs and now I?m stuck with them.

Incorrect prices on shelves for many items, the staff on the till take forever to try and resolve a simple issue only to come up with yet another price for the same items ?
Good selection of products.
Online stock check for collection is inaccurate.

Parked at the Warrington store to buy stuff for a walking holiday. Had a good look around and spent several hundreds of pounds. Unfortunately because we were on site (in the shop) for 2 1/4 hours and the max parking is 2 hours I have just received a £100 'fine', which if I pay in the next couple of days (as it has taken 11 days to get to me), then it's only £60! Will give it a miss next time?
update. called in to store with fine letter. They have sent it off immediately and say it will be cancelled. Good to know the store has the power to override the fines.

Considering there is still a sale on, i do find it quite expensive, certainly not budget equipment, however there is a good choice and helpful staff

Great prices and range of stock, really let down by the very rude guy at the desk. I don't like having my change slammed down on the desk in front of me. In future I'll remember that the staff don't like counting notes and pay in loose change instead.

Love this store, a great range of products and friendly, helpful staff. More importantly for myself as a wheelchair user I could get to every display and go down any isle I wanted without a problem, this is becoming a very rare event for me.

There are many kinds of outdoor products. There are occasional discounts for joining the membership. The prices are average and it is worth buying when the prices are on sale.

Helpful staff at the Warrington branch. If they don't have it you can't buy it. Decent quality goods at very affordable prices.
