“We found this after having to come of motorway when noticing the petrol had gone very low a distance from there but welcome sight filled up and paid in the tesco express shop and headed back on motorway for home .”

“This is common stop for me between Aberdeen and London. This trip my battery was dead when I returned to my car. Andrea ( employee for WHSmiths ) was extremely helpful and amazing and I cannot thank her enough as I know no one in this area. She moved her car specifically to help me jump start mine, and didn’t ask for anything in return. She’s an asset to your company.”

“Staff always friendly and a great choice of food and drinks for a garage. They even have an onsite laundry service! it's nice that there's a car wash now too, but a shame that the 24/7 coin pay jet wash was subsequently removed. I can't see any reason why it couldn't of stayed or at least be reopened around the car wash hours...”

“Great offers. Just a shame not more about that are close to the actual sainsburys supermarkets. My local ones in Bletchley and milton Keynes dont have a petrol station they give me petrol vouchers but I then have to drive 20 to 30 miles to either Northampton or Dunstable to use them so it's a bit silly really cant understand why they've not built at least two in milton Keynes bletchley areas where they would do very well. Asda and morrisons have them on their doorsteps but why not sainsburys I just dont know???”

“We call in at burtonwood services to get picked up and get dropped of for our cruise We have been 4 times and always get there well before so we can relax with coffee and a snack. It is always a good start for our trip and the toilets are excellent before we get on the coach .last time on our way back I left my rucksack near the car park and after ringing the service office a very kind lady from there travelled 45 mins out of her way to bring to me . What a tremendous thing to do .she is a credit to the company and I send my heart felt thanks to her”

“Don’t believe the stories you hear. It’s actually a petrol and diesel station. You can fill you car, van or motorcycle up with more go go juice.If you like you can pay the dude in the little hut or pop a plastic card thing in to pay with.”

“Don't really buy petrol from here as it's a bit overpriced compared to the Tesco literally 2 minutes away but I stop for coffee and snacks on the way to work from time to time and the staff are always friendly and polite.”

“Now has a Greggs inside!Very convenient local garage with good deals, good priced fuel and friendly staff.Whilst the greggs is a good addition it can add to the waiting time for people to leave if you’re waiting for the pumps.24hr station, free cash point, 8 pumps.”

“Amir at Gemini Garage is the most lovely helpful man, a couple of months ago I had a flat tyre and he didn’t hesitate to help me as unfortunately I didn’t have a clue as there was no spare tyre in my boot just some strange contraption that inflated the tyre until I could get to National Tyres. All the staff in this garage are very friendly and greet you like a friend rather than a customer. Thank you and well done.Angela Berry”

“They need to do something about some hooded guy marauding the place especially at night and entering into unsuspecting motorist cars whilst the driver is paying for the fuel, stealing anything their hands can grab including money. Then running away once noticed. (I was a victim of such last week)”

“I was in store today with way son who is non verbal ASD. He takes his snake Teddy everywhere and recently also a small keyring with a plush pony. He dropped “pony” and as any mum with an autistic child can imagine, the meltdown started to build. We unfortunately couldn’t find pony but I would like to praise the ladies in the shop floor who sprang straight into action, searching, asking, contacting customer services, requesting a tannoy call, even offering him to choose a toy from the shelf and most of all completely understanding as I have him wear a sunflower lanyards to make people aware of a hidden disability the staff instantly recognised this and the situation and could not do enough to help. Thank you so much for understanding and going above and beyond.”

I went into the branch to do the shopping that hadn't been delivered , unwell and frustrated, I paid for my shop and then stopped at the customer service desk on my way out to speak to the manager, the frustration got the better of me and i got upset so i left whilst she was away checking in the Internet order com area, shecame out the car park looking for me, got me to park bavk up and brought me back into the store. She went above and beyond to make sure i left feeling listened to and actually talked me through what has happened. Thank you!! I'm so sorry i didnt get your name **((Ordered express delivery between 12 and 1pm, it didn't arrive but I got an email saying it had been delivered at 1.04 so I called customer service and was told the driver is busy but is on his way, rang back at 1.30, sorry, driver has just collected, it'll be with you by 2, rang at 2.10 was hung up on , rang just now at 2.55 and was told sorry we cancelled your delivery, don't worry, we'll refund it and as a good will gesture we'll refund the price of delivery too! Absolute liars and idiots! Wasted 3 hours waiting for a delivery that wasn't coming! And Hadnt been cancelled and hadnt been refunded***”
