Manager at this shop lied yes 'lied' to footlocker customer care team that I didn't bring original shoe box for return. It is as if it was his own personal loss or profit in accepting returns. Because of this outlet I had to lose 110 pound. This is outrageous. I never seen so horrible shoppers in entire Warrington ever ! It never happens like this.I am feeling insulted and cheated both at once.At least I will ensure I will never buy anything from here and if I one day manage shop ..I will never behave like this.

Had to take a pair of trainers back for an exchange after buying online. Staff were fantastic and sorted everything out with no problem. Great service.
