The owners of this company are just pure rude.
Do not touch them with a barge pole, asked if i was a customer and bullied me to move out of ?their? space.
I was working so of course kept professional however I have never been spoken to my another human being that way!
You should always treat people with kindness something this business owner is yet to find!
I certainly wouldn?t ever be a customer and would encourage others to stay away!

Jason at flooring UK in Warrington has been absolutely wonderful.The advice was excellent, great product and he helped us out in a difficult situation by going out of his way. Prices and workmanship really great, can fully recommend.

We popped in today to buy carpets and vinyls for our home. We're looking to buy for 4 beds, 2 stairs, landing, hallway, and a few storage rooms. We mustn't have looked the part, as we were actively ignored by the sales rep. (The old couple that pulled up in the Jag however,he practically tripped over himself to show them click laminate, note to self, if your wife is in tracksuit and you're in jeans, it's clearly not Flooring UK's ideal clientel.)
Anyway, i approached the sales rep in the end to ask about vinyl rolls and carpet. He was just plain rude and spoke to me like I'm an idiot for asking to see their vinyl rolls (see picture from their website). Made out like it was weirdly my fault that their website falsely advertises what their services. Anyhow, he ended up pointing to a corner and telling us there was some sample books over there..... That was it .
We looked, we left, we went to TAPI up the road, with 2 different sales reps spending time and being fantastic with my wife and I (and young kids) telling us about what products are best for where etc.
We're going back tomorrow with dims, looks like we're going for around £35/SQM carpet, with underlay and fitting.
We'll also be being vinyl for 2 bathrooms.
Long story short. Dont judge a book by it's cover. Manners cost nothing.

The courier they use do not give you any information on the delivery and just turn up with it on a pallet. I was told on the phone I can return unused flooring. This wasnt the case, they only accept a full return. I also wasnt happy with the floor zee zoo rigid core click so ended up getting another type of floor elsewhere. I would not reconmend the floor at all, and no professional would touch it unfortunately. They did eventually accept my return but deducted a 20% "restocking" fee and had to my own transport for it. In the end I just took it mysef which was 3 hours of driving.

Carpets are good prices are good sign says mask required staff not using 2 guys carnt be botherd in shop it felt like i was forcing a sale on the shop

I can't recommend Hughie, Dan and Steven enough for installation. They do such a good job and take pride in their work. I've bought almost all of my carpets from Flooring UK over the last 10 years, some roll ends and others special orders, and have requested these guys fit them every time. They've been back recently to fit my (very awkwardly shaped) landing/stairs carpet and just as before, we are thrilled with how good it looks. Ask for Hughie when you book installation!

Positive feedback all round from theinitial ordering process at the shop to when the carpet was fitted. Staff at the shop were extremely helpful with their knowledg and advice when choosing a carpet for our stairs and landing. A special thanks to the carpet fitters Hughie and Danny who did a superb job. We are extremely pleased with the end result. I would definitely recommend this company and we will be using them again in the near future.

i had my bedroom carpet fitted today by hughie ,and his lads , they where brilliant very polite and professional, really good workmanship im really pleased , i got my carpet from the warrington branch dave came out to measure and bring samples, he was really helpful .i recommend them good value for money .

Seamless service from the minute Dave came to measure our house, to when Scott left us for the third and final time after installing our LVT. Highly experienced, quick turnaround and competitively price. They understand that this is a really important thing, and are not looking to rush/push you into anything, but help you make the right decision on every count. Patient, punctual, knowledgeable and conscientious. Scott was an expert when it came to laying the tiles (where lines should go, making everything flat etc) and made sure to take his time with every bit. Unlike most workmen we've had, he tided up the place and re-attached the kitchen units that had to be pulled apart (without us asking/expecting) before he left. We would recommend Flooring UK in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Dave was very knowledgable and helpful. He did a great job measuring up and sorting out our particular requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. Huey and Danny were our fitters and did a fantastic job. Very friendly guys who worked quickly and efficiently. The place was left spotless and the carpets look amazing. Really pleased with the service and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

A first class and professional service from the time going into the shop, where i recieved help and advice off Dave Craft,upto the fitting done to such a high standard from the carpet/flooring fitters, Hughie and his son Danny.They fitted my hall and landing stair carpet and all downstairs in the cushion floor id chosen. They were all friendly,polite and so very helpfulThankyou so much for such a fabulous job youve made of it all.

Hughie and Danny came to our house to fit carpet in each room , they messaged us on their ETA, they cut the carpet off site to reduce mess and waste. They worked From the moment they got here and have left such a splendid job. They even went above and beyond fixing an issue that we had with an entrance mat. They hoovered after and took all of the waste away while talking us through the job that they were doing as we had a lot of cables! We have two rooms left to do and will be asking for this pair to do the work again!
