If I could give them a minus 5 stars I would. Hands down the worst company I have ever worked with. As a letting agent, their service is atrocious, poor at best but bordering negligent. Almost zero communications, when they do it?s misinformation/lies. They?re happy to take money off you to manage a property but they do nothing. Avoid like the plague

I am writing this review as a neighbour of one of their tenants. For 23 months (yes nearly 2 years) I have had leaks from the flat above mine. For long periods during that time either no one answered the phone at Fastmove Warrington office or I was told their plumbers had been out and couldn't find a leak. This led to black mould over a good proportion of my ceiling. Eventually I got the property management company involved and was sent photos showing extensive black mould under a toilet cistern. Which begs the question of why their plumbers cannot find a leak. This week I have got got two new instances of dripping, one from a previous spot and one through a light fitting which means I can't use that room as it has no windows. They do answer the phone nowadays but you can't speak to a manager or director and they don't ring you back

Contacted fast move as I needed a house quickly as the house I was renting had been sold they found me somewhere quick and easy all sort and I had keys with in 10 days thanks very much

I would like to change my 4 star review to a 1 star my boiler in my rented property has not worked now for over a month!! It is freezing in the house. I'm really not happy about this and everytime I contact Fastmove properties I feel like I'm not taken seriously and promised over and over again that they are going to sort it out. My dad has even been reassured that they are going to sort this out. Avoid this agency at all costs. I'm going to keep trying to ask for help and if this continues and the boiler is still not fixed I will be looking to put in a formal complaint

I do not recommend this agency !** I scheduled an appointment to view one of their properties, I received an three hours before the viewing to confirm my attendance. After driving an 15 mins., rearranging my plans, I went there and nobody feom them came. Gave them a chance and resceduled my viewing on another week, but 15 mins before the viewing they text me that they have to canceled my viewing.This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional and to be informed via text felt incredibly rude and inconsiderate of the time spent to attend the viewing.

Fastmove properties have acted as my agent for my rental property for many years. Recently, I have had more direct contact with them for a variety of reasons. I have found them most helpful with good advice an a very professional outlook.

Fast Move Lettings is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Their staff are all extremely unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. No one takes responsibility for anything and all the staff point fingers at their colleagues. Each staff member claims they are unable to deal with a situation and that only the MD James Chadwick can deal with however there is no way to contact James himself. I have been trying to resolve an issue with gaining my deposit back which has been a long and painful process and is still yet to be resolved as the company have now stopped communicating with me altogether. Extremely unprofessional, rude company and honestly don?t know how they are still operating, especially after reading all their reviews on here and google.

Do NOT recommend Since renting our property we have received nothing but Unprofessional, rude and extreme unhelpful behaviour from the management themselves.
They do not care about the conditions of the property and certainly do not show any interest when it comes to repairing the problems.
They never turn up and when they have it has been unannounced.
And I must add the maintenance team do not seem qualified as they?ve turned up without any idea.
It discourages me to think company?s can leave family?s in such poor conditions- for example we were left with no heating for two months and no hot water for a whole month - to which they had no interest to fix and led to me seeking a legal notice towards them.

ABYSMAL. Owner /landlord Totally indifferent.Section 21 served,re advertised 10 days later at £225 added rent. No response to mould (2 rooms) water ingress. £50 deducted from deposit for (cleaning) yet contr tor had commenced repairs,After our departure. All return call promises broken. AvOID

Total lack of professionalism. Attempted to buy to flats, in the same building. Made an appointment ones, just to arrive and to be told I cannot come in. Apparently there was an attempt to contact me, but upon pushing no proof was given. Decided to give another chance. Made another appointment for week later. Called half an hour earlier just to confirm. Got a call back saying cannot and we can re arrange yet again.That's not how you do business with someone looking to spend £300k.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE.......Avoid fastmove, they will not look after you, your property or your tenants, in my experience.Full of promises, when you can get a reply, with no follow up or resolution. They do not return on voice messages, emails, very rarely and are not prompt at picking up the phone, concerning complaints or anything for that matter. Fastmove in my opinion are under staffed, James in particular seems stressed at times and struggles to remember what he agreed to. After days of sending emails, not replied to and phoning daily, then pass's the buck, in order not to deal with what was promised, totally unprofessional. This is a pattern with staff that come and go, not trained properly, there is no accountability.I've since got my property back from Fastmoves management, it's cost me thousands to put it back into a condition, inwhich it could be let out again. I can't even begin to describe the stress and anxiety Fastmove have caused me, which is still ongoing.I am now with a excellent letting agent, that truly care and bend over backwards to help. Truly refreshing and professional, just how customer service and care should be.If you still want to do business with them, then I advise you record everything and I mean everything. You'll need it later!

I have only given one star because there is no zero star option. It is rare that anyone answers the phone at this agency. When they do they may tell you what you want to hear but it turns out later that it isnt true. There is a national Fastmove property (sales) which has a rating of 4.9 on Trustpilot which must suit Warrington Fastmove as this is what comes up when you search
