I work here through an agency. The workload doesn't smile on one's body, and sometimes you get shift only to get there and they'd tell you no shift.Its courier service is nice and fast though and one of the biggest delivery companies in UK.

This site employs no one. It's a zero hour contract in the middle of nowhere. They employ full time 3 hgv drivers. The other 247 drivers are agency drivers.Bullied into breaking the law. If they complain they are never used again.Never, ever sign up to this.

Ablolutely disgusting place to work as hgv , they treat you as an toy , they use you and abuse you .... Totally despicable place to work...They put you working 14 hours shifts , fail to pay wages correctly, most of hgv drivers I knew there they all commented to me that they hate that depot ..Agency winner just lies straight in your face ...

Tried to return a parcel with Evri on the 2nd of January, now on 20th of January still no collection despite 3 further appointments to collect and can?t get in touch to raise the issue, worst service (avoid at all costs)

For the second time in 3 orders, Evri have sent my order back to the vendor without attempting to deliver it to me or (on both occasions) to their nominated local parcel shop here in Newquay. I only used the parcel shop option after a previous package for delivery to my home address went AWOL for over a week. The previous order that was returned to the vendor went back to China so you can only imagine the hassle I had getting a replacement. They simply don't care. It's annoying that I actually have to give them one star to rate them as they don't deserve that. What is also galling, is that the package that went AWOL for a week was finally delivered, they had the nerve to ask me to rate the courier/driver. It wasn't his fault it went missing, it's their totally useless sortation/distribution and tracking processes. I'm now waiting for the vendor of my latest package to get in touch. Thankfully, they are fully aware of Evri's issue with their order.I do have a solution though. Rishi Sunak should put Evri in charge of his illegal immigrant issues.It won't stop them coming and getting through but (in my experience) only one in three actually will. It might just win him the upcoming general election although I doubt it.Since posting this review, i have found out that Evri have several "hubs"and I am going to post a similar rant on those locations too.

Absolute disgrace you cannot deliver a simple parcel I?ve waited 3 weeks for you to deliver cannot speak to anyone requested 7 call backs non of which answered now I am without an Xmas gift for a family member been out for delivery since November sham of a company cannot speak to anyone!

I worked there for around 8 months. Though it was hard work (after all warehouse) I enjoyed it. Most people write bad about it. Though hell, if you know how to dance with the devil, you can survive and earn. Those who write bad about such jobs should keep in mind that all these types of work which we do can be replaced by robots. After all we have a work, so count your blessings. Those Romanian brothers who came to UK directly and indirectly think they are more British than the indigenous people of UK.During my experience there, many characters working there and the warehouse inspired me to write another sci-fi story. Unfortunately Evri have no film production house nor any tie up in film industry. Or else they could have made a movie which gave them more publicity....?

Absolutely useless....parcel said was delivered friday while I'm sat 3ft away from my front door at time it was meant to be delivered an picture left of a parcel left behind a bin that wasn't even mine. Now still no reply or phone call back an absolute joke. Obviously the drive can not read door numbers.....pathetic.Was it because the parcel said it was from house of fraser they decided to pocket it for them selves. Ridiculous how this company basically holds you to ransome by none communications....SO WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!!!!
