Wouldn't even give 1 star if you could give less. Been a long term ee customer and the staff at this shop are terrible! I will be going with a different provider once my contracts are up. Been served two times by the same person. Will be making a complaint!

Waiting over a hour to be ripped off by a lady £89 per month for a iPhone 16 pro max , got home to get same iPhone for £65 per month RUDE LADY !!!

If we hadn't had just signed up again after over 15 years of service. I would have gone elsewhere. Recently bought 3 new phone contracts including extras like Watch, Ear Buds, Ipad. All except one received free cases for all. One of which was missing, I called the store and asked and they said sure, pop in and pick it up. I've been here 45 minutes. Not enough staff on and not even an apology ?

Over the past year, my partner and I have faced nothing but problems with EE. However, when we visited the store today and were assisted by the wonderful Matthew, we couldn't be more grateful. After a long period of difficulties with EE, Matthew was able to resolve the issue and help us navigate the process. His kindness and genuine care in supporting us made all the difference.

I visited this store today to set up my new i phone from my existing i phone as i had upgraded it. The first member of staff was clearly not interested in doing this for me and told me that I could do this at home. I know this ! I told him I was not confident enough to do this. He then found a security setting which he said he could not turn off and that he could not get past it. I clicked the off button so that he could go ahead. I then had to go away for an hour and return while it allowed him to access it. I did this. I then left it with them - I asked if they needed anything else from me they said they did not. I returned two hours later only to be told that they could not set it up as the hour they had to do had passed and they could not gain access to the phone. They had clearly chucked it in the back room while they got on with other things then realised that they had messed up. I wasted a whole afternoon on this - as a self employed person this is not good. I took it home and did it myself it took 45 minutes. The staff lie to you and do not have the skills needed to support you. Do not waste your time with this place.

Rude people who aren?t willing to help unless you buy a package. Wanted a sim replacement, guy said it can be done if you purchase a contract otherwise no?. Wish i could give zero star

Went into store as I wasn't sure if I had an issue with my phone or mh sim card.Was told straight away it was my phone so decided to do an eary upgrade as I couldn't be without a phone at the timeWas told friend & family had to be done as separate sim/phone and discount was only on the sim (later found out from customer service this wasn't the case)Sales man aslo tried to include smart watch in deal that wasn't needed.When asked if could get without I was told I had to increase my data to unlimited (again something I dot need)Later discovered it was an issue with my sim and not the phone thankfully customer support was a lot more helpful than this sales driven store and new sim dispatched and compensation in paid due to poor service In store
