It was a pleasure doing business with this company. Chris, the salesman, was very helpful and very informative. I couldn't make a decision buying the bed until I had spoken to my husband unfortunately.The next day I rang the shop and spoke to another salesman who again was very polite and helpful his name was Kieran. Lovely staff I could not falt the service at all. Very efficient and helpful staff.

When we arrived we were so unsure of what bed would suit our needs however we received the most amazing customer service throughout. The service was quick and staff member Sean was very friendly and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure that we found what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend Dreams in Warrington for their outstanding customer service and knowledge.

Fabulous time buying a bed! Just how you need a bed shopping trip to go...first of all a bit of vague bed hopping and getting a feel for what we liked followed by excellent service from Richard the sales assistant who took us through the process step by step.
There was no 'pushiness'. Richard was patient, showing us a range of appropriate types of mattress and we are now two very happy customers!!
Would definitely recommend!!

Went into the store looking for a new mattress and bedframe, after previously buying another mattress here a couple of months ago. Marife was lovely and so helpful and helped us find the perfect mattress and bedframe we wanted !, Both members of staff were very helpful. would highly recommend. Will definitely buy here again.

Staff very friendly, polite and non-pushy. Helpful with technical aspects. We've shopped here before, and feel almost at home! This was reinforced by offers of tea or coffee. We even noticed kindnesses like helping us to carry our pillows around for testing the beds. Staff were unstinting with their time. The new computerised sensor bed was impressive. We expected to get a satisfactory experience here and we're not disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at Dreams! Sean, the sales associate, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the visit. He really knew his stuff and took the time to guide my friend through the Sleepmatch machine, which surprisingly recommended a soft mattress for him?something he wouldn?t have considered otherwise!
While my friend was testing out the options, Richard (who I believe was the manager) went above and beyond, making us a coffee, and made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. My friend ended up really liking the first mattress he tried, even after testing several others.
Even though we ended up staying about 10 minutes past closing, Sean and Richard were incredibly patient and accommodating. To top it all off, they put together an amazing deal on a king-sized mattress a frame and bedding, which honestly made me a bit jealous considering what I paid for my Simba mattress!
Overall, the team at Dreams made the mattress-buying experience enjoyable, stress-free, and well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Great experience in store today, checked out a frame I'd seen online which looked even better in store. And sales assistant Chris also helped us choose a new mattress for our 2 year old and we got organised with great deals so we are all kitted out now with a waterproof mattress protector and duvet. So glad I came in store.
