The company has a purposefully vague and very poor returns offering. I highly recommend you avoid them and their business model. There?s plenty of other ways to buy your sofa, with a much more consumer friendly experience.

Sue was very helpful. She spent a lot of time with us telling us about the furniture. Finally settled on a new suit
That?s where the help stopped. Three times the suit was delivered and twice it had to be returned as the delivery driver said it wouldn?t get through the house. Even after paying to have the front door removed, they said it wouldn?t fit. After a visit to the store and speaking to the manager of the store who informed us that the suit couldn?t be changed and if we returned it we would be charged a 20%fee for them to resell. Roll on today and the suit was re delivered and we got it into the house but the drivers said it wouldn?t get through a door as it?s too small. Door frames are a standard size, but they left us with half the furniture in place and the settee stuck in the dining room ready for us to have the front window removed over the weekend. Well two pensioners and our daughter in law got it in between us. To say we are upset with them is an understatement but to make matters worse no legs came with the settee. This has caused me so much stress and anxiety.

Initially good service until you have to contact Customer Services and then it all goes downhill from there. Contacted them while delivery company was still here to report missing items, but as I wanted a refund, that?s dealt with by the store who have 3 days to respond to a refund request, and now I?m going to have to wait a further 14days for the refund. Even the delivery company (independent to DFS) said athe DFS Customer Service was the worst to deal with and full of liers!!!

Purchased a new suite today. Assistant Mel was very pr, polite and knowledgeable. No hassle, could wander around the store and browse at leisure. Definitely recommend.

Wish I could give no stars , I visited this store about a month ago as online it said they had a bed on display and it wasn't so I asked if they could see if any other stores had it they didn't care to help the staff were rude just sat on the couch on their phones because I didn't look the part I guess .. but when I went to aintree I was helped and spent £2000 your loss Warrington be less judgey with your customers no wonder the store was empty when I walked in and aintree was busy , it's down to your staffs service

Bought a sofa and all the back came away after 3 months all stiching was lose reported it and it took a month to come out to see the issue and obv it went worse and the manager said they are doing nothing about it
