Booked the day off work for delivery of our new sofa as was told it couldn?t be delivered on a Weekend despite the website detailing otherwise. Sat in all day and no delivery arrived. No calls, emails or text to tell us that the delivery was cancelled. Now sat here with no Sofa and no idea why it hasn?t arrived. Delivery team not answering callsEDIT - 24 hours after sofa should have been delivered still no calls with an update, I had to phone and was on Hold for nearly 2 hours to be told they can?t fit the deliver in now for another week as they are fully booked. Apparently the driver phoned in sick yesterday which is why it wasn?t delivered. Shocking service all round not even an apology2nd Edit - another week on and we have now had delivery scheduled on 3 separate occasions and each time the delivery did not arrive. I had to book time off work, wait in all day 3 times for no deliveries. Will our order ever actually areive? The saga continues and DFS have no apologies or answers

Very positive experience, simplicity itself and very friendly staff at the Warrington store. A big thank you to Sam for making the whole transaction enjoyable.A word to DFS as an organisation... please include your delivery and assembly costs in the price of the item. That way the customer won't be unpleasantly surprised when it's time to pay the bill. A bit more transparency would be great.

Don?t trust them! Should have had a delivery between 9.30 and 12.30. It?s now 14.30. I?ve been told by DFS that the driver can?t be contacted, the transport manager is on his dinner break and that the driver hasn?t followed his route plan. Nobody has contacted me to tell me what is going on.

They do anything for you to buy a sofa from them but once something goes wrong they don?t care!From day one of having my sofa one of my bottom cushions have been too soft to the point I can?t sit on it because it?s uncomfortable as I can feel the platform.I reported this the day after it arrived and only just had someone yesterday come look at it.He said there was no fault but didn?t actually test the cushion out and said you just have to plump it up and that?s the issue! (I?ve tested it and it?s exactly the same)Had a phone call this morning because I wasn?t happy with the outcome of yesterday only to be told I can have a second opinion but probably won?t be able to actually fix the problem because they do go soft overtime(it?s been soft from the day it arrived it?s been less than a year and all my other cushions are still perfectly fine)What?s the point having warranty if nothing is going to be done about it!

Took delivery of £2000 couch today. Not assembled by delivery drivers, left in 2 pieces, scratch on wooden feet and several pulls in fabric. Now got to wait until another 4 weeks for someone to address this. Not impressed.UPDATE:16th June 2023 my couch STILL has the original faults and now broken zip! No sign of it being repaired until mid July!

Great new look showroom with tiled floors replacing the carpets, since I last called in.A good selection of furniture to choose from.The staff are helpful but don't mither you until you need assistance.

If I could give no stars I would!!AVOID this company most definitely the Warrington store at all costs!My dad did an order back in November which due to circumstances changing he couldn?t take the original sofa he had bought so DFS said no worries and sold it on. They then said when you?re ready come select a new sofa and we will just rewrite your original finance so no further checks.The women who is supposed to be a manager proceeded to tell my parents they needed to make the order near the same amount or she wouldn?t rewrite it. She proceeded to add all sorts to their order to bump it up.We later find out THERE WAS NO FINANCE as she or the manager had actually cancelled it WITHOUT MY DADS permission when they resold the sofa to the other person. So they was making him spend all this money on finance that wasn?t even in place anymore!Completely messed up my fathers order, proceeded to run a further credit check on him (without his permission) which the assistant manager apparently who?s worked there 13 plus years ?didn?t realise she was doing?When speaking to the manager he was just as bad, sat rolling his eyes, LYING saying they was working on new iPads hence why the lady didn?t realise she was doing a credit check YET one of the other staff member's confirmed they hadn?t changed iPads for over 10 months!The company have completely messed up my dads credit, he now has no finance in place for his new sofa and the aftercare regarding all this is absolutely shocking! They will lie and even head office staff which was supposed to be rectifying the problem have indeed also been spinning a lot of lies ?confirmed by the finance company?You only have to Google DFS to see the countless problems and complaints. If you?re going to use anyone I would strongly advise not this store. Through this we have now realised other people we know who have had similar problems so just proceed with caution! Or not at all

My partner and I had been in a few days ago and had a lovely experience, looked after by Kathy.We came back today to make some final decisions and purchase a sofa!As soon as we walked in to what appeared to be an empty store, sat on the sofas ahead we're all the staff, who didn't seem to be interested in our arrival.We were trying to finalise some decisions about these sofas but their conversations were loud and distracting.After some time we were finally acknowledged, but we declined their help as were not ready for assistance at that time.The staff dispersed and there were two men left on the floor. Still no sign of any other customers, one of them started "singing" loudly.We decided to leave because we couldn't focus on the task at hand and the staff were too busy singing or discussing how long until the end of their shift.Not an inch of professionalism was show whislt we were there and now looking elsewhere.Infuritating seeing as though we drove an hour to be there on 2 occasions now.
