Been here twice to load. First visit 4.5 hours ! That is an artic, but come on. 2nd visit improved, only 2.5 hours. Still bad. Fork drivers friendly enough but load in two locations and queuing each time.Be prepared to be there a while. You simply don't get loaded quickly.

This company doesn't go off booking in times, it's on a first come first serve basis. Which I find unfair. What is the use of booking in a delivery?? As a result I got home late that day because they called in an 18.00 delivery, I was a 16.00 delivery.?
