I wrote a review about three months ago... and I don't know why it's not showing up anywhere. So I decided to write another one because I was recently back at Decathlon with my bike and needed help from the bike repair shop (I bought a really unlucky bike- for the first time in my life ... and now I'm a regular customer of your shop - I bought my bike from another shop - unfortunately!). I'd like to give a big shout-out to the service staff. Especially Mr. Ian. I've been using your shop for years and have never been disappointed. I can repair or replace a lot of things myself... but when serious problems arise, Ian is irreplaceable. Always polite, thorough, professional, and truly knows his stuff, knows what he's doing, and always has great and helpful advice. His younger assistant (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) was also very friendly and eager to help. Last time, just before the shop closed, he didn't really have to, but in a hurry, he quickly fixed the problem that I had been struggling with for half a day. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have been able to get to work in the morning). Fantastic service. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find competent people willing to help at the last minute. Such employees are irreplaceable. Thank you so much.

Just bought an inflatable kayak. After a massive cock up with my click and collect order, which meant a wasted trip to the store, I finally got my kayak, and when opened it's been used!!! muddy footprints and still wet!!!! What a joke. I know where I won't be buying my sports equipment in the future.
