I went to thes Co op today it was 4 minutes left to close I was asked for Cigarette a guy was refused me he said we are closed and it will take me long time to open the Certificate section there is few persons working not nice at all next time they will deserve a bad words from me

Lady at the till when serving was extremely rude and disrespectful, stating that I look "fed up". This is bad customer service and I will NOT be coming back to this establishment.

Could I please ask your male member if staff not sure which one.to try and not judge every young boy who goes into the store as a potential shoplifter. Embarrassing for my nephew on Saturday 15th June who has only just starting to go into shops to be reminded he has to pay for the sweets he was looking at thank you

Extremely overpriced compared to Sainsbury's across the road. Absolutely lovely daytime staff, friendly, helpful and polite. However, the evening staff require some serious training on customer service, a please, thankyou and a smile would be a very good start, especially the young lads, one in particular called Joe who obviously has no previous experience in working in a customer related environment

Yesterday i saw in coop they put breads on rusted shelf without any covering on. I spoked member of staff about it. I hope I won't see that pictures again.
Today I been that coop again and I got new picture as you see. Yesterday I told a member of staff but today I understand they ignored me.

lovely little shop,friendly staff, nice atmosphere and most of all the food is nice (especially the sweet treats such as donuts and sweets ) . I think it's a recommended shop to go to ?

From the moment you walk in and are shown to your table, the amazing service never stops. The food is always delicious and there is choice for everyone. Never disappointed when we visit The Raj.

Just returned from our family Christmas dinner for 6 and have to tell you of our experience! From the moment we arrived we were treated like family with very attentive staff. Nothing was a problem and although they were busy, they took time to interact with us whenever possible, outstanding customer service. As for the meal again wasnt a problem to deviate from the set menu, very accomodating again superb customer service. When we left we ALL decided this was what Christmas dinner for us was all about, chilled out, great food and outstanding service - no wonder The Raj wins awards, simply the BEST. Thank you for a memorable experience and see you soon.

The food was delicious, as always. Definitely recommend this restaurant..still one of our favourites. Perhaps they have reduced portions a little bit too much...and I cannot say I cared for the way the bill was left at my table before I asked for it, considering there were over 7 empty tables and nobody queueing to get in.

Fantastic meal with my husband and son. Service was superb from a young man who was polite, courteous, attentive and everything a good waiter should be. Nothing too much trouble and served with a smile. Perfect. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything just spot on. Madras as hot as it should be. A naan bread with our choice of fillings, vegetable side with extra garlic just as we like it. This is why we return again and again. Thank you for another memorable meal.

Personally I would just like to firstly say the staff at The RAJ (Culcheth) are super friendly and get to know their customers. Regarding, disability/acessability for wheelchair users their is a flat flooring which is suitable. We went for a family meal evening including my dad and the staff went out of their way to meet my dad's needs who is blind and needs guidance around steps/inclines and often does not go to public resteraunts because of these reasons. I asked for few things so he could cleanse after eating and they met his needs exceptionally well with the utmost professional understanding. The food and cuisine was 10/10 exceptionally prepared and cooked and served with personality to each and every customer. Overall the atmosphere and environment was the best and inclusive of all guests that evening, including the staff which made it even more great. To add the staff are very friendly and I tipped them for their service. Overall a 5* Stella experience!!!

Went to the Raj to celebrate my birthday. And the staff didnt disapoint. Fantastic organisation for a big party. Food was amazing and table service was fab. Cant fault the staff for their service & dedication to making my birthday eve a night to remember. In particular the waiting staff Mo was really helpful & couldnt do more for me and my girls. The manager Anhar is very welcoming and extremely accomodating. Such a lovely gent & very friendly. Cannot recommend enough & will certainly be visiting again.

This is my favourite Indian restaurant - always lively and busy with great food and exceptional service. Very good wines too at amazing prices. Highly recommended
