Store is so small and claustrophobic. There was a kind young lady staff, but an older blonde foreign maybe Eastern European accent (manager? Not sure) who was super rude, rushing us, backhanded comments.
Seems like other reviews have also complained about her.
Heads up they don’t measure feet without socks.

Bought some trainers for my grandson recently and the staff was fab and very patient, getting down different shoes and sizes and foot measuring, with him being a very broad footed they was great really friendly and made sure he got the perfect fit , grandson really happy and love shopping here.
