Went in to get my Mrs a xbox, lovely staff when served, explained everything about the xbox I was getting, would be 5 stars but takes a while to get served especially while people cut in line. 4/5 would recommend to anyone local, would be 8/5 if they manage to get more tills for sustainable serving but overall a nice experience.

Went in today to buy some games for my 2 children waited in the que for 10 minutes if not more while the person infront of me was being served 2 members for staff seen me and my family waiting to be served someone walked in they served them right away and when I complained they just looked at me and ignored me dident say a word just give me a dirty look and went about their business scummy staff

Absolutely terrible customer service, waiting for an hour just to check a phone, two female cashiers completely not helpful acting like small girls with giant stinky attitude, if u can't deal with customers then just quit, instead of being rude to customers

I went in to sell my meta quest 2 yesterday. I never used it so I thought someone else will find more use out of it than me so I took it in to sell to them the meta quest. Great service it did take 3 hours and was intended to take another hour so,they said go on with your day and we will bank transfer to your account in the morning and they did.
