This company is a complete and utter disgrace. They shouldn't be allowed near anyone who is vulnerable the carers are untrained, can't speak English and are completely unsafe to be allowed near anyone

This has to be the most shambolic company I have ever dealt with. The carers are lovely but the managers couldn?t organise the proverbial party in a brewery. There?s no shadowing for new staff so if someone new turns up you have to train them. They never ever schedule your calls for when you want them. They turn up at completely random times. Never the same time twice. I?ve had my 8.30am call at 7am right up to 10.45am. And never let you know when they are coming. Fortunately my dad lives with me so I can fill the gaps but it takes hours out of my working day.Like I?ve said I can?t fault the carers but I f you have an elderly person living on their own who relies on this service look elsewhere

This agency have been providing care for my grandmother for months. I have raised my concerns to the deputy manger to only be told that im being listened to and lessons will be learnt and she will pass my concerns to the team manager. I have been raising my concerns for months and nothing has been changed. They have gotten worse if anything. Many of the carers that attend dont speak English, She regularly doesnt get given food that is left for her. Today the carer told her he didnt know what to do with an egg and left her a cold potato cake. Some carers have asked what an egg is. They are suppose to assist with the laundry, they regularly tell her they dont know how to work a washing machine. They have turned the fridge freezer of.they have left a ring on on the stove causing a fire risk ( grandmother is in a wheelchair ) they are regularly late, they are regularly early. Carers dont leave her water in the hot weather. they have just given her the coleslaw for lunch. They leave the front door unlocked and have taken the key home with them. The company is not fit for purpose. If you care for loved ones dont use this company. They are a ticking time bomb and someone will be neglected in their care if they dont have a third party checking on them.

Great if you like zero hour contracts and don?t plan on having a baby anytime soon. Non supportive company to staff. Non caring organisation to its staff. Zero hour contracts need to be abolished they aren?t worth the paper they are written on. Find yourself pregnant and there is no fall back with this company to give you a decent amount of hours to live on. They should state this in employment adverts but they won?t as pregnancy discrimination is against the law

Worked for this company since June. Management Staff are very un organised. Was told it is £10.50 an hour which is a lie compared to what I've just been paid. Management will support ypu as long as they are getting what they want from you. Never enough hours only morning and evening which is fine bit why keep taking on more staff if no hours for everyone already working. Management talks about staff very rudely and not professional at all. I am leaving soon and because of this the management and team are now being sarcastic and off with me. I personally wouldn't recommend this job to a homeless person nevermind anyone else. Awful place.

I started with the company in March 2019, this is honestly the best job I have ever had! We've recently had a whole new office team and management who have worked so hard and shown so much dedication and support to get the company where it needs to be. I would not work anywhere else.

My Grandparents are receiving care from the Knowsley Branch. My grandad is on an end of life plan of care and my Nan has dementia. I have got to say when the care first started it couldn?t be faulted communication to family and grandparents is crucial in times like this. The Co-ordinator always kept family informed of any changes / problems / issues and we know as a family we could contact her at any time and all issues would be dealt with straight away. However since she left and then a few of the Experienced carers have left it has become awful, NO Care, Compassion or COMMUNICATION AT ALL from the office side. You can?t even get an answer of the new CO- Ordinator to anything you ask!!!. Then call times have gone awful and these are done by the CO-Ordinator one day this week they had a lunch call at 12:20 & tea time call at 19:00 then bed call an hour later for a couple who are vunrable and unable to make meals plus Grandad is bedbound and palliative. You can?t get an answer to why this is and told different things. The majority of carers they are sending now are very often inexperienced with the few that are excellent, but are overstretched. There is no continuity for Nan and grandad with the day carers however we do mainly have the same Carer of night.

Would give minus a million stars if I could Absolutely shocking company to work for, no communication from start to finish. Having worked in the sector For over 20 years I understand more than anyone the pressures of domiciliary care however it doesn?t take much to treat people with respect and decency and pay people what you owe them, call yourself a care company if you don?t care about the staff you employ how can you care about those most vulnerable?????
