Susan served me and it was such a pleasure to be served by her. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I felt at ease in the store. It was the end of the day too which makes a genuine, friendly smile all the more deserving of praise.

I really need to apologise first off to Olivia and the manager,I actually bought from the shop back in Fefor my sons 40th Birthday and only just got round to doing this review,I?m really sorry ladies you didn?t deserve this especially after all the hard work you put in.
So I ordered a variety of 40 balloons for my sons 40th birthday and I was completely Wowed,they both did an an excellent job.

Great card shop in the birchwood mall. They have everything from cards to balloons to small gifts. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
