Whilst the taste is better than other competitors, the overall experience below standard. No care in the appearance and the store, messy tables and a chicken burger meal where the bun is bigger than the burger. Not what you expect when you pay £10+ for 1 meal.

Ordered a family meal for delivery, when it arrived, they didn't bring the kids meal, missed off two fries from two of the main meals including the upgraded caesar loaded fries which are quite expensive in their own. We were offered no compensation whatsoever, I had to give my daughter my meal. Shame the service is shocking as the food is usually good.
