I was at boots Sunday, was helped by a gorgeous young girl who was nothing but helpful too me. I believe her name was jess, she helped me set up a boots advantage card. incredible customer service!!!

Store pharmacy and staff are great! However, don?t try to phone! Phoned and it was answered but then they hung up! An hour and a half of phoning and no-one picked up. Are customers phoning less important than those in the store, or other pressing jobs? Really poor and disappointing!

WORST PHARMACY IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD. So I went on Saturday for my vaccination, and the pharmacist or someone was off work so it got cancelled and that?s not even the worst part. I was on my way to boots to get the vaccination from the opposite side of Warrington and guess what. They called me like 5 mins before I arrived like I was literally nearly there, saying ? sorry we have had to cancel?. Should?ve of just told me when i ARRIVED! Utterly ridiculous. Like it is a long drive and they called 5 mins before the appointment. Anywho, then it got moved to today. So here I am, off to get my vaccination, and it?s been cancelled again because they didn?t even have the vaccine in stock. So yep, now it?s moved to Wednesday. And don?t worry, I will be back if it?s cancelled of Wednesday. Wish me good luck.

Every time I visit this store, I feel uncomfortable because one particular security guard always follows me around. It?s happened on multiple occasions, and it?s honestly made me take my business elsewhere. I?ve also spoken to people of all different ages who?ve said they?ve experienced the same thing, which makes it even more disappointing. No one should feel watched or targeted while shopping.

Went to Boots in Westbrook for my wife's Xmas present and was served by a lady called Yvonne. 1st class customer service from her she helped no end and nothing was too much trouble, thanks to Boots and a big thankyou to Yvonne ?

I?ve read reviews on here from more than a year ago about the temperature in this shop and how ridiculously hot it is.
I really don?t know how the staff cope with it as the most I could manage was 5 minutes.
The management really should sort this out. They?ve certainly lost me as a customer.
