Avoid at all costs because they will cause you lots of unnecessary stress and treat you like you have no capacity because your of a certain age

Rang the pharmacy about a painful arm after hurting it after having no luck getting a doctors appointment (being advised to go to A&E) and not much help when ringing NHS direct. My daughter advised ringing a pharmacy and spoke to the nicest lady in Boots Stockton Heath who was really helpful with her advice on what was best to do.
