I chose this garage based on the reviews. I won't ever be going back.Took in my perfectly working car for standard annual service and MOT. It came back no longer working, hardly able to accelerate. Putting my husband in a dangerous position in traffic.They were slow to rectify the problem they caused (Thursday was my original appointment, we got the phonecall that I could pick up my car Tuesday teatime after my husband chased them). No apologies and then they charged £50 to fix the problem they'd caused.I can only assume they do a better job for the people they know, who write these reviews. As a first timer, I won't be returning or recommending.

Had an MOT done today after using another garage for years but due to his retirement was recommended this garage...WOW..I won't be going anywhere else again.Felt like I was a customer that had been using them for years.Gave me some useful advice for a problem I have with car I'll definitely be going again next year for MOT 'S and car services

After a failed MOT and awful diagnostics and advice from halfords I went to Danny at Black Bear who sorted out my car, found the correct fault straight away and fixed the issue, serviced, changed a cam-belt and re MOTd with no fuss and at a very sensible price. Best experience i have had with a garage after 16 years of driving

Great service & Customer care. Previously went to Warrington MOT station and felt ripped off as I'm sure others do too. Will be back here again next year. Cars next door look decent too. Thanks again - a happy customer

I was fine with the mot on my car but when the bloke passed it he sed it needed another job doing which he charged me £60 while I was waiting which was about 5 min he then put the £60 in his pocket thought that was weird
