The 2 lads at the Warrington store looked after us with our purchase making sure we chose the perfect bed and mattress that suited us and not just to get a sale, can't fault you at all, the delivery guys were perfect and put the bed where we wanted it as we were assembling it oyrselves

We received excellent service from Andy, the Store Manager. There was no hard selling at all, just plenty of helpful advice from the moment we walked in. Once we had made our choice, the process was smooth and straightforward, with everything clearly explained ? including the available extras ? again with no pressure to buy.

Customer Service is terrible ! I purchased in store requesting a refund as the item I tested in store is not what has arrived. Customer service say you need to speak to store nothing to do with them and the store tell you to call customer service. Each department not interested in resolving your complaint. Just know if you buy from store only the store can help with any concerns. It?s absolutely a nightmare! I?m currently sleeping on my sofa because I have no mattress and they advise it?s a 48 hour call back to speak to a team leader ! Wow shocking !

Great company, Sarah who dealt with me was very efficient and helpful, not pushy and I got exactly what I what I wanted .this was all done at the Warrington Store, also all the updates are great. So I know exactly what is happening .

I bought a bed from here expecting good quality. My delivery day was changed due to a delay in manufacturing my order. The delivery team carried it to the room and when I unpacked it to build, the right hand sideboard was broken so the bed can?t even be built. Waste of time and money.

Recently purchased a doubl bed and mattress during the 30% sale period. The savings allowed me to afford delivery, assembly and removal of old bed. A date agreed and kept to, regular texts confirming delivery time and offered an earlier time on the day. Really happy with the service and quality from Bensons and thier staff.
