Last minute booking that worked a treat for me ? Little difficult to find if you not from Warrington and best to call SPA for guidence if lost like I was ? Atina was amazing specialist with great knowledge and confident skills that incouraged me to take up one more producer while I was there. Luckily they schedule allowed for flexibility ? Best to prebook direct or through Treatwell app. Atia is the one who attended to me and she's very good, Highly recommend to book with her! Resenoably Priced! Definitely will be back next time in Warrington.

Booked in for acrylic infill, asked for french with a christmas bow on one of my fingers not one of the lady?s could do a simple bow three of them tried, the lady doing my nails was chewing her gum loudly constantly and got acetone on my face and just laughed about it, very unprofessional not worth the money, one day after i had them done the french design is already chipping off, never again!

This is a lovely hidden gem. I booked last minute to get my nails done. I can't fault anything. Beautiful Salon. Excellent customer service. My nails are the best that I've had done out of all the nail bars and salons I've visited. I absolutely love them. Will definitely be booking in again.

Had a hydrafacial with Atena who was brilliant with the description of the process and I was absolutely amazed with the results. Blackheads obliterated and skin so so so bright after. Will definitely be back again. Thank you soooooo much!

Visited today just a walk in appointment. I had my Lashes Russians removed. Its my first time wearing them. Homaira is the girl. Who treated me. She is very gentle, professional & friendly. I will definitely come back again. Thank you, Homaira, for giving me the best experience xx

Having never had eyelash extensions before, I was quite excited about finally getting around to having them. However, it was not a nice experience and after having the lashes put on, my eyes were really sore and it felt like I had grit stuck to my eyelids. I was advised that this was 'normal' so I thought I'd be ok. However, a week later it was still the same and they were so painful that I tried to remove them myself. I realised that there was no chance of this so booked into a local reputable salon to have them removed. It took them nearly 2 hours (apparently should only take 10-20 mins max.) to remove the lashes due to the fact that they'd been put on under my normal lashes and attached to my eyelids. Apparently they should be put on over your normal lashes and attached to the eyelash! Well, needless to say I'll never be going back. I'm now ok, albeit with a few less lashes that had to come off during removal due to the glue that was used initially. Whilst I believe the salon to be good for nails, waxing and foot spas, I do not recommend them for eyelashes.

Had a pedicure here and it was very relaxing and really well done. Lovely ambience and I've always been able to just walk in. Very similar price to other places.

Awful time management/customer service! Booked an appointment at 09:30 only to be seen at 10:50. Was told the wax wasn?t hot enough and that I need to come back because the lady I requested for when making the appointment doesn?t start until later. This was never mentioned on their website, and they have also confirmed the appointment prior to my arrival - why?! As I was waiting, people were walking in for other services and were seen before me. Every 5 minutes I was told ?5 more minutes?.The only thing I was satisfied with was the service, Dia is an amazing beautician and in my opinion the best one of them all.

When i entered the spa one lady was rude. But the another lady who did my waxing and pedicure she is awesome. Unfortunately, I forgot her name ?sorry. If anybody knows her name pls let me know pls
