Barclays is the worst bank ever !!! Had an amazing experience with Jet blue card, everything was amazing until the switched to ?Barclays?. Now my Gm Challenger Capitol one Bank card I had for years transferred over to Barclays I?m literally broken. I use to hear they just randomly drop ur credit limit for stupid reason or none at all. Until I experienced it,I understand. I had good score in the 700s, got a divorce where things went down hill financially. However monthly payments are always made , ONTIME! My score dropped now in the 600s now based off other financial stuff with my ex husband .Capital one now switched to Barclays,they already lowered my spending limit (which affected my credit score) during the same month of August that they switched over. Yall AVOID this bank! This is life where anything can happen, Barclays Bank does NOT extends mercy, they are not empathetic! Worst part about it? My two cards are in good standing with them, No late payment ntn . They lowered my spending limit ( DIDNT EVEN INFORM ME) , I guess they go through your account and investigate do their research and tamper with who they feel they need to (Financial Discrimination, systemic racism)

Came in to Warrington branch today. All staff very helpful and Tracey was exceptionally helpful and explained everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble.

I visited Barclays in Warrington today and was helped on the devices by a lovely patient lady Tracey. The staff are always lovely in this branch and are so helpful. I can not fault the service in this branch.

After months of struggling to get a mortgage, I was incredibly lucky to be supported by Whitney, Rebekah, and Paul Roberts ? three genuinely kind and patient professionals who completely turned things around for me.

I have banked with Barclays Bank for over 41 years and have always received great service. I was helped in branch today by Tracey who let me know about having better savings accounts which would earn more interest. I am totally happy with the service I receive in this branch. Always helpful

The service was shocking! , i use barclays bank for my business banking & even though i verified my identity via the app they couldn?t provide me with my money due to ?extra checks? which have never been a thing before. It was just the woman on the till been awkward could of solved the issue without any problems.
