Parked at the Warrington shop on a Sunday and waited for it to open... and hit with a £100 fine for being there for over an hour. Half that time the shop wasn't open !!! Never again. Shocking business

It's a shame really, but the app is the only thing that lets them down. 'Sold by' 'in stock' and sometimes description, are rubbish.
All I can suggest is to visit the store, talk to a member of staff for help. Stock is usually no problem, prices are a little expensive on some items, shop around. Sometimes it's difficult to find a member of staff, which makes it more complex, but there are sometimes that one person who knows everything.

We were served by the most wonderful lady today in B&Q ? her name was Carol and she was absolutely amazing. We were struggling to choose the right colour and tone for our room, especially with how the lighting affects things, and Carol completely took the stress out of it.
She made thoughtful, spot-on recommendations and even walked with us to make sure we picked the correct primer ? something we?d previously bought wrong (thankfully we can return it). She explained everything so clearly and with such warmth that we left feeling totally looked after.
Carol was so friendly, so smiley, and just genuinely lovely. She turned what was a confusing and slightly overwhelming visit into a brilliant experience, and now we?re actually excited to get started on the job!
Thank you Carol ? you?re a credit to B&Q and we?re really grateful for your time and kindness today.

Big big THANKS to Poppy and to Brien for helping put lawnmower together when I was having problems. Poppy sooo smart, and genuinely keen to help. Brien so patient and polite. Both so helpful to a stranger. Then Poppy carried the machine to my car! This is the sort of kindness I thought had gone from the world. Thank you both. B&Q should treasure people like this.

I payed to get 3 toilets installed on my house. I inspected all three of them before they were installed.They were all fine, until one of them started leaking water almost immediately, so I checked it just to find a crack in the toilet. The guy who installed it (I think his name was Micheal) failed to tell me.

Josh and Luke from the kitchen department were amazing in helping me plan my new fitted kitchen. From start to purchase they were super patient with me and all my add ons and changes and designed me my perfect kitchen and utility room!
