Very rude staff asked a lady to help me out with an item blunt reply from her that it?s not her department. The funny thing was the item was right in front of her where she was standing.

Leanne on the paint department was amazing. She was extremely patient and really helpful. I was having an absolute nightmare trying to find the exact paint I wanted (that I thought at this point only existed in my head!!) I was there for about 45minutes trying to decide. She tried a ra he of different options with me until we found the one!! Amazing customer service and a lovely lady!

Would like to say a big thankyou to Nikki & Debi on helping me with my gift voucher yesterday. I didn't get dealt with the best at the till by a lady who had no time for me or as to why my gift card wouldn't work she just made me feel very un welcome, Rushed & anxious, I felt a nervous wreck & was truly upset with the till lady, So I asked if I could speak to someone else as I spent an hour in store picking my paint & gloss and i didn't want to waste more time. The lovely two lady's who helped me couldn't have done more, They straight away took the query from me & my gift card and then sorted it within minutes, they checked the card & recipe over and refreshed it all & then I was on my way and a very happy girl the fact that someone was so kind and just understood and sorted it. Thankyouuuu I hope everything good happens for you x

How many store assistants you need to find you item in stock with the item number? In my case 3 was not enough. Bought the item for collection next day, went to collect after receiving the message that is ready, was told they have none in stock and offering me smaller item which is "more expensive" which was a lie. Time wasted and fuel wasted on both trips.

Spent 1 hours driving out of my way because their app said they had something in stock when they did not.Spent another 20 mins looking for a person, their was non, had to talk to trade to get something done.Then watched 3 people do the exact thing I had done,3 hours of my life I will never get back.Say its in stock and its not

team at the builders supply's always helpful but ladies at the tills are just simply pointless and disrespectful.Out of 10 items 1had no barcode.I said" seems on of the items is missing barcode"lady at the till rolled her eyes and while making faces repeated exact sentence to her friend.... and obviously I end up walking across the store to get the item with barcode even though all of them had them missing. Thank you to builders supply team.Absolutely disgusted by this B&Q

Unbelievable a rude staff at check out, rather talk about there night out or what they are having for dinner than help a old man with his wood, just because no bar code on the wood they made him carry all items back to exchange his self.

Late visit so the store was almost empty. Plenty of stock but not as good a choice as the website suggests. Easy to get to and very convenient unlike the website

Absolute joke of a store, Can?t get wood cut until someone is available in an hour and a half, staff unapologetic. No one to operate the saw but 3 people huddled together gossiping. Train more people on the saw and stop wasting peoples time!Told the guy B&Q was a disgrace and he agreed that says it all. Staff don?t care and this will cost you customers stick to selco in future.

I?m not Impressed with B&Q Warrington! A lot of the garden centre plants were sun burnt, dry as a bone and half dead. Acer?s should be in partial shade! The shop looked super scruffy, and your prices are over inflated, Virtually double online prices for items such as light fittings. Also I could not get a 3m length of coving, so I ended up going all the way to Preston Wickes!!! To top it off the self service checkouts are not acceptable. You had only 2 staff on the tills on a Sunday when the shop is heaving. But what are you playing at !?! I don?t want to use self service, I don?t want to have to scan my own items, and I want a member of staff to serve me and speak to me properly. I want somebody who has a bit about them, Is such a lot to ask!?!?why now posts covid has customer service simply ceased to exist!?
