I went in today to drop my plane iron off for the in-store sharpening service. Nathaniel offered to call me back once it was done, and give me a demo on how to set the plane up, and use it as well. He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! It's my Grandad's old plane so I'm absolutely thrilled to have it working, and cannot thank Nathaniel enough. Aside from this, I always get great service and advice, and great products of course - cannot recommend the store and team enough.

Made a 30 odd miles round trip and it was really worth it. I'd gone to get some carving tools and received great service and advice from the very knowledgeable staff. That, together with a really good selection of tools, makes it a solid 5* for. Will definitely be back.

Purchased a large dust extraction unit last week. Chris was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and nothing was too much trouble. Also helped us load it into our vehicle.Great place and great team. Definitely be back.
