Prescription takes forever to be dispensed, even though they say it will bex15 minutes! 3/4 staff in tge back, 1 slow coach on counter, absolute joke! Rude male pharmacist, very slow but polite female member of staff on this evening!
Sadly won't be using this pharmacy again ?

Unfortunately very poor experience with staff. Zero effort and emphathy and poor personal skills. I wonder whether they are all burnt out...

First time iv used this pharmacy, and won't be using again terrible service, staff not a clue what their doing, long ques of over 30 mins. Due to waiting time at pharmacy I didn't have time to shop in Asda so a large sale lost for Asda.. DO NOT use the place unless really necessary it's quicker to travel elsewhere

Pharmacy has gone downhill fast, I've always given them 3-4 sometime 5 days notice for my repeat prescription and never ready so I have to come back later or next day, even then there's something missing.

Awful service, Iv been using it for 2 years and not once have they been any good. This week I gave them 6 days from getting my prescription ordered to trying to collect and they said it had only just arrived again. They always have an excuse but never do anything to improve the service. Never again ! I?m going elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely awful service every single time. When they?re not closed for a coffee break, you Queue 25 minutes, then the pharmacist tells you to wait while she ?wets her mouth? with a drink in front of you, only to be told they haven?t got the stock in and don?t know when they?ll have it, so they ?apparently? release the prescription to allow you to go elsewhere, travel across town only to be told they haven?t done it so can?t get your prescription anyway! This is by far the worst pharmacy in warrington.

Attitude problem of the new pharmacist ...he was rude and answered back in a very abrupt manner as if he is superior .what this man needs to realise is communication with customers is vital and he has no idea what customers who use this pharmacy suffer with ... its a new year try to treat people with respect and we all appreciate how busy you all are but when you have been waiting for so long the last thing you need is to be spoken to like this ..May I add the ladies here are normally so lovely ....your new staff have lots to learn.....he never said anything about the sticker on the side of my bag stating that part of my medication was missing .. I was trying to prevent somebody maybe getting into trouble because I normally sign for my medication and this man pharmacist said .....dont try to tell me my job who does he think he is talking to ?. I have never seen him before but who ever has employed him needs to teach him manners. This has made me rethink which pharmacy i will use in future .

Just been for my flu jab. I was 45 mins early, but they were able to see me within 15 mins. Lovely pharmacist. Great service, very fast, efficient and friendly. Well done!

Que is always long. Very very slow service. Every month some of my Medication is not there. They can never find prescriptions easily, which causes more waiting times.
I have now changed my chemist.

Absolutely disgusting service. Staff always chatting in the back whilst the queue is 15 people long. But this one beats anything that's been noted. Just come from the doctors with middle ear infection and in chronic pain to be told my antibiotics would not be ready for 72 hours.

I?ve just changed pharmacy from Asda Westbrook it?s a joke how long they keep you waiting they always apologise, but why can?t they have two ladies serving on the counter. It?s a terrible service.!!!

Staff were nice but what pharmacist has never heard of a 20G needle needles come in sizes 18g-32g and you don?t need a prescription to buy needles

Understaffed and way too small. The wait times are extremely long and some staff can be quite unhelpful.
More often than not I'll order a repeat prescription days prior, to be met with a 30 minute queue with only one poor person serving. Then to be told can you come back later or in half an hour, as it hasn't been processed yet.

Today Saturday the 6th of April the lady on the counter that didn't want to serve me at a talking to her friend for about 10 minutes after serving her and me being a cue with other people for 30 minutes up until the 10-minute point ran off inside and didn't want to serve me at all then shut to come back out to serve me at which point I got refused refused ibuprofen tablets because I'm on blood pressure tablets it's all being well a pharmacist telling me to try something else and the doctor telling me to try something else but when they are giving you stuff doesn't work and the only thing that does give me relief is the ibuprofen and yes it is going to kill me like it'll kill anybody else but I'm not bothered whilst I'm alive I would like the relief I've been able to try and carry out a normal life but the pharmacist and this lady today I've stopped me doing that let's just hope I don't cause a major incident whilst I'm carrying out my work by killing anybody else on the road because I mean too much pain unfortunately Medical Profession we are not all the same we are similar but we are not the same and you can have smoke smiles and little attitudes and I can drive like this to put a point over how upset I am
