No complaints with general staff but this is the worst supermarket on earth. Poor stocking levels in every department. Whoever is in charge is doing an appalling job. I feel like I should have a ration book handy when I go in.

Asda Goldbourne, has been the go too shop for my whole family for at least 50 years, i my self wouldnt go anywhere else, till today, i have a christmas savings card with them, but i visited today and was refused sale of e liquid refills, as it is against company rules to by with savings cards (my money is on that card, Asda will recieve payment off that card) i spoke to the manager, who agreed too let me try on the self setvice area, but when i got to self service, i was greated by some young know it all lady, who said you cant buy them here, i explained manager had ok'd it for me to try, i got a reply no he hasnt hes on the radio, and we wont be selling them u, really snotty, she cant of been 25, so then i lost it a little, i did swear, but when you get treated like that as a customer who only wants too spend his money on a product, i was asked too leave, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE EVER, Asda was never like that, but some reason its ok too talk too long standing customers this way now !!! O and customer services dont bother putting an automated appoligy on, that it will be logged and looked at, iv read other reviews, and there all the same appologies, which says WE DONT CARE, NOTHING WILL CHANGE, TILL EVERYONE STOPS GOING !!!!

I don't know what has happened with the pharmacy but I for one have now changed pharmacy. Today was the last straw had to queue for an hour to pick up my medication, called yesterday and was told it wasn't done ( doctors sent it across on Monday). It was never like this with the other staff, they were very helpful and nice these new ones are very short with you and don't think they know how to smile or be polite. I don't think I am the only person disgruntled with the pharmacy and can't be the only person to complain.

Do not use. Been refused my prescription for over a week. On my last visit I was told by the receptionist that she is not superman and will not provide me with my anti anxiety medication, also in the queue was multiple elderly patients awaiting prescriptions such as heart medication etc.
Find a different chemist instead of these inconsiderate arseholes?

7.30 pm no staff on checkouts only self serve. I did manage to get a check out opened but very begrudgingly.... My bill was £69.01.. I would have left my shopping if they had not opened.. I won't return

So disappointed with the pharmacy department
It states it closes at 9pm
I phone at 8.40 to explain was was on my way with a prescription as id just come out of the hospital and was advised to use golborne pharmacy
I was told it shut a 9 pm and asked what medication I needed so I told the lady on the phone of witch I was told that would be ready when I got thieri arrived in store at 8.57
Of witch the pharmacy was locked up
And the staff member was not in the area and taking the cash to be locked up
Above her head was a clock that shown 8.57 I said it?s not 9pm
And it?s all locked up
And cashed up
I was told to come back at 10am the morning after
Thier were no other pharmacy in the area and
Fuming to say if it states closes at 9 it should do no so Thay can clock out at 9pm
Thier was still plenty customers in store
And I am on the understanding
This should all be done after 9pm

Today 22 Nov 24 I arranged for my husband to collect my click and collect, 2 separate orders. He received 2 parcels and returned home not realising that 1 of the orders were split into 2. The 2nd parcel was still in store, he returned to collect the parcel to his disbelief somebody had opened the parcel and put it on a shelf behind the desk? Why and who opened the parcel ? This needs to be investigated.
