Too busy. The whole place has the feel of somewhere where noone really cares. The car park is controlled by one of those greedy car park operators so park here and shop here at your own risk.

Mens toilets were disgusting, no soap in any of the dispensers and general lack of cleaning elsewhere. You cannot tell me that the soap run out since the last cleaning whenever that was. Makes you question whether the staff wash their hands.

I went to take an amazon parcel back twice 1st time 3 staff were trying to figure out how to work the machines and labels. Waited half hour and took parcel amd left went back yesterday and they took my parcel but told me to take it out of the box as it won't fit into their post bags what a joke never had to do that. Then today had a delivery wasn't told any substitute until I unpacked. The staff in there are unreal at packing shopping because I ordered a brush and pan set I got a scrubbing brush??????? if its not there don't put anything in. Asda please you need to train your staff better and the website is rubbish can't chat to anyone or email either . What a joke

Self service checkouts don't work properly but its not their fault, just technology! Was asked to check with my bank to see if funds had gone out. That would not be helpful if I was an elderly person with no smartphone.
Changing rooms unkempt and grubby.
Staff calling customers 'lovely ' in a patronising tone. Are these people trained in customer service at all??

In here now. Toilets absolutely reek. Not of pee or crap, but some unknown vile stench. Pretty poor for 08.20am. Empty soap dispensers. There used to be a list of when it was last cleaned on the back of the door, but that has been removed. Standards slipping...the new normal for Asda Westbrook. One good thing, no miserable accordion music from the waster outside this morning, he must not be out of bed yet.

Store itself was very good, nice, big and modern ASDA. Car park is just way too small for the size of the shop and considering what else is around here as well.

What is going on at Asda??? The most tills they have open is 2. I have attended today, the store was busy as it was a Sunday. At least ten people queuing at each till. This is ridiculous. The majority of the staff are disintrested at best, no eye contact no manners. Sort it out asda, you are by far the worst store in the area, when just a few years ago you were by far the best.

I usually drive here when I need to stock up on gluten-free products. They normally have a good selection.

I walked in at 50 past 11. Went to grab four lagers and buy them, told the store is closed, I know the self checkouts work until 12 as the store is open till 12 PLUS security let me in. This store has gone down the drain, and as I know from a friend working here they constantly fail challenge 25. Absolutely appalling service

Once again the cafe staff have completely forgotten our order, this has happened 4 or 5 times now. How hard is it really? Unbelievably poor service!!
Update, still an awful experience with staff that just couldn?t care less, order wrong, coffee machine doesn?t work, terrible customer service from a huge supermarket chain. If you interview people for the jobs can you ask someone better to do it because your current interviewer clearly can?t be trusted.
Just tried the cafe again, BIG MISTAKE! Thick as they come I?m afraid. Simple order wrong, question it and get attitude. Sort this cafe out or lose customers!

What is happening to the asda at westbrook ? I have been a customer for many years and the service from some staff is awful plus the bakery department is becoming very tight with there cream they are putting into there cakes. We are paying much more money for products but the quality is going down and it cost nothing for staff to smile and greet customers as if they care . When I ask for my bread to be sliced its like I'm asking to pull there teeth out . That's if I find anybody there to help me .I have found the staff in the bakery to be very miserable and unhelpful its such a shame because it was so different years ago . Please put enough cream in your cakes so we can at least enjoy what little there is left for us with all the increasing prices .
The music your playing in the evenings is awful and far to loud it puts me off my shopping I have asked and so have other customers asked for it to be changed but the answer is sorry we carnt its asdas radio music .Well for goodness sake I'm not coming into the store to go home with an headache or coming in store for a disco .its far to loud and even your employees have said how do we think they go on listening to it day after day it's so off putting .
The toilets are awful ...in the evening when i do my shopping they smell awful and are always in a mess. Do you have cleaners ? do they work in the evenings ?
Your quality of clothing has changed to cheaper material and dreadful sizing there's never enough staff about to ask questions or help in fact in the evenings no staff at all upstairs .
I watched a lady questioning your reduced produce on the bakery department last week ..she couldn't understand why two products that were exactly the same were marked down at different prices ...she asked the lady and was spoken to in a really abrupt way . .im not changing them was her answer then walked away ...no need what so ever the poor lady was red in the face and quickly walked off ....why on earth should your staff make anybody feel like this ?...its so rude and this sort of behavior should be stopped but there's never enough staff . .the bakery lady was probably
Working on her own and clearly tired out ...when will you realise that your customers who have been loyal for years will walk away . You need to make changes .
You have some lovely staff as well on a positive note who really care and look after customers its just the few who ruin it ..please take time to listen and check out these comments because its so frustrating when you see your favourite store slowly going worse .it used to be a pleasure at one time shopping but it's changing so much . Its not all negative like i said you have some lovely people working for you its just standards have dropped .
